As an inexpensive variant, it is used in smaller compressor stations where there is a will to increase efficiency, but the "large" air management systems do not pay off quickly enough.

AIRLEADER EASY controls up to 4 compressors as required. Only as many compressors run as necessary, unnecessary idling is avoided, the station works with maximum possible efficiency.

Depending on the network volume and the compressor dynamics, a pressure range of only +/- 0.15 bar can be achieved with minimal switching frequencies - that is Maximum energy efficiency with gentle use of the compressor.

Airleader EASY is fully compatible with the Airleader MASTER - both in terms of the compressor connection and the visualization!

All proven functions of the Airleader MASTER are also available to the EASY. In the basic version, up to 4 compressors can be speed controlled (FU) and 2 accessory modules can be connected. Up to 2 FI and 4 accessory modules can be operated via additional software.

Airleader EASY is configured via a web interface - either using a network cable (RJ45 ETHERNET interface) or via the standard WiFi WiFi hotspot with smart devices (laptop, tablet, smartphone).

All settings required for operation can be made via it.

Standard WEB server visualization

Additional settings such as 2nd pressure band, 2nd priority order and timer can be made via the Airleader online WEB server.

The Airleader visualization shows very transparently how things are going with compressed air - good or bad! Inefficient compressors are unmasked and you can take targeted action against efficiency damage among the compressors!

The web server is installed on a customer's own server and thus ensures that the data stays inhouse.

The data is stored redundantly in the hardware memory of the Airleader, so that server interruptions or subsequent installation of the web server do not lead to data loss.

Airleader EASY automatically optimizes up to 4 compressors

and adapts itself to changes in a self-learning manner. Using iterative computing processes, Airleader EASY permanently and automatically determines the network dynamics, the network volume and other parameters. There is no need for time-consuming adjustment, running-in, adjustment, etc.

Simple operation

All you have to do is enter the compressor delivery quantities and the desired pressure range. Ready - Airleader EASY takes care of everything else.

Airleader EASY monitors ancillary units

The monitoring of ancillary units such as dryers, filters, beers, etc. is also possible and leads to notification of the operator in the event of a fault. Measurement in the compressors is provided as standard.

Manufacturer independent

All compressors are automatically formed into a unit that adjusts to production based on the current compressed air consumption. It is ensured that only the most efficient compressor combination generates the compressed air that is required for production, regardless of manufacturer and performance. The compressor combination works with sensible hysteresis calculation, with minimal load / idle switching cycles and thus the lowest idle times. Instead of idling the large compressors, the right combination runs under load, with the smallest compressor clocking.

Pressure band control

Keep the costs as low as possible. The possibility of connecting several distributed pressure sensors means that operating parts that are further away can be monitored and integrated into the control pressure. If a running compressor fails within the pressure band or is switched off for maintenance, its capacity is immediately replaced by one or more other compressors.

8 times the self-learning calculation depth

It ensures that the compressors are dynamically adapted to the compressed air consumption. The compressed air consumption and dynamics are continuously calculated and evaluated in different time windows. If necessary, the correct compressor combination will be switched. Unnecessary switching cycles are prevented.

Base load changes for even work load

Compressors with the same output have the same operating hours. If a specified time delay is reached, the compressors are exchanged without a pressure drop within the pressure band.

Ranking profilesallow intervention

The compressors can work with different priorities by manually defined ranks. This function is often used for compressors with heat recovery (preferred priority) or reserve compressors (lower priority). Compressors of the same rank, work automatically depending on consumption.

Speed-controlled compressors are actively integrated

The speed-controlled compressors send information about the compressor speed to the Airleader EASY via their analog output. Programmable control limits allow uneconomical areas to be masked out individually so that the regulated compressor can always run in the energetically favorable speed range.

Integrated data memory for 20 years

with every second recording and storage of 10 seconds average values ​​of all compressor states, sensor values ​​and messages in the Airleader EASY itself. These can can be read out at any time using a USB stick. When connected to the network, all data is kept in parallel in the web visualization and permanently synchronized on the customer server.
